You can request an exchange by emailing us at [email protected]. When requesting an exchange please specify the product you’d like to receive in exchange. We will ship the exchange out once your return has been shipped back to us using the prepaid
Once your return has been delivered we ask you to allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed.
