Customers can begin the return process by requesting a return here. 

We understand sometimes things just don’t work out. A request for a return, must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

The product(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any products that appear to have been used or washed in any way will be refused.  The product(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of products at the time at which the return is received for processing. 

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be received depending on your financial institution. Your exchange will ship the address used on your original order.
