What do you mean by “removes bacteria from surfaces with just water”?Updated 8 months ago

We specifically do not say “kill” we say “remove” – our cloths do not “kill” bacteria. Microfiber cannot kill germs, but the fibers can remove them from different surfaces. After wiping away germs and bacteria, simply rinse or wash your microfiber cloth to eliminate any contamination. Due to the construction of microfiber (the amount of yarns per square inch), it is very well known for being able to wipe bacteria away from surfaces and being able to be washed after to actually kill the germs (with a detergent or soap). We purposely do not say “kills germs or bacteria” because that is something that would need to be registered with the EPA as a disinfectant. The AATCC has confirmed that this claim does not require lab testing, but rather is a benefit of microfiber.
